Tactical medicine is the medical specialty that involves emergency medical support necessary to preserve the overall safety of law enforcement personnel (both mental and physical) when responding to critical incidents. The working group will address training of law enforcement officers in high-threat scenarios and critical incidents to incorporate effective and safe emergency medical care procedures.
